Product Details

This two day workshop is open to mental health professionals who want to learn more about Dialectical Behavioural Therapy PLUS the additional resources developed by The Psych Collective to manage distress in clients.

Hosted by Jess O'Garr (Clinical Psychologist) and Dr Al Griskaitis (Consultant Psychiatrist) in Wollongong, NSW.

This is a face-to-face workshop. This training will not be available online or via Zoom at this time. All workshop materials will be provided in hard copy on the day of the training.

The training room is up a flight of stairs. Unfortunately, disabled access or lifts are unavailable. This event is not catered, however you can bring your own food if you want to. We have a kitchenette available for your use.

During the workshop, you'll gain insights into Dialectical Behavioural Therapy along with additional skills for supporting clients to deal with their distress, emotions and relationships. The Psych Collective has created many resources that fill the gaps in traditional DBT therapy.

Registrations close on March 4th. Only 16 seats are available.

Cancellation Policy: You will receive a full refund if you cancel with at least 7 days notice, minus a $25 processing fee. For cancellations made with less than 7 days notice, booking fees will be forfeited.
